Water Heating

KEM Electric offers off-peak water heating credits to water heaters that are on control. The requirements are as follows:

Water heaters must be at least 50-gallon capacity and have at least a 10 yr. warranty.
Must use 800 kWh monthly to receive credit.
Must be inspected before any special rate applies.

Rebates and financing are available for qualified installations.
