Storage Water Heating
KEM Electric offers an off-peak rate for qualified storage water heating. The requirements are as follows:
- Member agrees to be on load control.
- Must be at least 100 gallons (two water heaters connected in series or one 100-gallon Marathon).
- Must carry a warranty of 10 years or more to receive rebate.
- Must be inspected before any special rate applies.
Rebates are available for qualified installations
- Must be supported by original or photocopy of sales receipt.
- Are issued after inspection by KEM personnel.
Financing is available for qualified installations.
