Service Dispatcher

Duties will include planning and directing members; creating service orders for new services; member support on outages, line maintenance, service upgrades, automated meter reading system and load management; dispatching crews; creating and working with staking sheets, updating system maps and other duties as required.

Requirements for this position include:  Associated Degree in specialized area or history showing progressive knowledge of electrical or electronic theory and applications. Must have strong  communication skills and ability to assist callers in a professional manner.  Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).  Willing to learn mapping software & other software.  Strong mathematical skills.  Have a valid driver’s license.
